Hi, I’m Raquel, a qualified osteopath with a Master’s degree from the London School of Osteopathy.
For over 12 years, I have been working with people to support both their physical and mental wellbeing through movement. My approach is rooted in osteopathy’s core principle that the body functions as a whole and has a natural ability to heal and adapt when given the right support.
I believe the best results come from a collaborative approach. That is why I take a patient-centred approach—listening carefully to your concerns and tailoring each treatment to your individual needs. I combine hands-on techniques with movement and exercise to support your recovery, help you in your daily routine, prevent further injuries, and promote your long-term health.
Before becoming an osteopath, I trained and worked in physical theatre and as a personal trainer. These experiences shaped how I understand movement, body awareness, and functional health, and they continue to influence how I work today. I still practise as a personal trainer alongside osteopathy, as I believe the two complement each other effectively.
I am also involved in teaching as a lecturer at the London School of Osteopathy, which allows me to stay connected to ongoing learning and development within the profession.
Outside the clinic, I’ve been practising martial arts for over 14 years—something that continues to inspire my interest in movement and body mechanics.
My aim is to help you reduce pain and discomfort, move more freely, and build confidence in your body—working together to support you in your everyday activities.
